Teamevents and groups
What you’ll do in the class
- You'll be greeted by experienced chocolatiers at the Chocolate Museum
- You will receive an introduction to the history of cocoa beans and chocolate
- You taste different types of chocolate
- Learn more about chocolate production and tempering
- You make 3 of your own chocolate bars with a total of approx. 300 g
- You creatively decorate your chocolate bars with different toppings
- You make a traditional Aztec chocolate drink using ancient tools and recipes
- Experienced experts will guide you throughout the workshop
- You will receive an official certificate at the end
- You will then visit the Chocolate Museum with free admission
Who is the class suitable for?
