- Verkostung verschiedener Schokoladensorten
- Erklärung der Schokoladenherstellung und Temperierung
- Herstellung von 3 eigenen Schokoladentafeln (ca. 300 g)
- Kreatives Dekorieren mit verschiedenen Toppings
- Zubereitung eines traditionellen aztekischen Schokoladengetränks mit antiken Werkzeugen und Rezepten
- Unterstützung durch Experten während des gesamten Workshops
- Übergabe eines offiziellen Zertifikats
- Freier Eintritt ins Schokoladenmuseum im Anschluss
