What you’ll do in the class
- Greet with a rum-based drink
- Introduction to the history, production and diversity of rum
- Tasting of 5 carefully selected types of rum
- cocktail session with classic rum drinks such as Daiquiri or Old Fashioned
- Finger food to neutralize taste
- Handout with facts and tips for home
We will roam the Caribbean together, sampling representatives of French, Spanish and British styles. We will taste a total of five exclusive rums.
