About this class
In this lesson, I invite you to feel yourself as a whole again — in connection with body, mind and breath. We move in rhythm with the elements and follow the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In doing so, we orient ourselves to the meridians, open up energetic flows and bring yin and yang into balance.
At the center is your myofascial network — the fine tissue that connects everything within you. Through gentle stretches, conscious breathing and a clear presence, what is holding on can be released. You strengthen your center, find stability and feel how energy — your prana — flows freely again.
It's not about doing something, but about listening: What is your body telling you? What is allowed to move, what can sink in peace? I will guide you through the flows step by step, explain connections and keep the room so that you feel supported safely. The course takes place in a small group with a maximum of eight participants — leaving room for individual support and mindful guidance.
The be yogi campus on the edge of the green Hardtwald offers the ideal location for this: quiet, peaceful, protected. After class, you are invited to relax with a cup of tea in the cozy kitchen — for friendly conversations or simply to find out.
Pulse of Prana feels like a small retreat — just around the corner. One hour to hear yourself again, breathe and revive yourself.
I'm looking forward to practicing with you.
