What is the process?
In this course, you will get an insight into the art of sprayed truffles and cut chocolates. From various recipes, you can choose whether you would rather create layered nougat, various injected truffles, marzipan confections or delicious cut chocolates. At the end of the course, we will taste the delicacies with a glass of champagne. All recipes can be made at home with practice.

Who is the course suitable for?
In principle, the course is aimed at everyone, but as a newcomer, I advise you to attend the chocolate course for beginners first, otherwise you will miss the exciting tasting of the chocolates.
What is included?
I will provide you with training materials, drinks and aprons — just bring a good mood and lockable crockery for your chocolates. On hot summer days, I will provide you with a cooler bag to safely transport your chocolates home. As a course participant, you will receive a 10% discount on all products in my studio on the day of the course.
