We invite you to a very special morning in Berlin's Mauerpark ✨
A relaxing Pilates session, accompanied by conscious breathing, mindful movement and lots of female energy, followed by a cozy picnic with homemade lemonade and small snacks from Café Amelie.

Who is the class suitable for?
You don't need any previous experience in Pilates — everything is gently guided and suitable for every level.
The Pilates session takes place on the mat, with mindful, flowing movements.
We then enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast together — sitting down, chatting, completely relaxed.
