About this class
Nonviolent communication according to M. Rosenberg meets holistic, energetic work.
In a unique combination of nonviolent communication, energetic tools and constellation aspects, you make your way to yourself.
Through non-violent communication, physical and process work, and energetic tools, you will learn to express yourself authentically and truly, to lovingly set limits and to consciously shape relationships based on inner stability. Julia helps you find language for what moves you deeply.
Phoenix training is an intensive development process that helps you to consciously feel yourself again, to strengthen inner clarity and to change old patterns, beliefs and inner blockages.
Change and a truthful life is possible — and you'll learn how.
What you’ll do in the class
Process & framework
Phoenix intensive training takes place over four extended weekends — from Thursday 18:00 to Sunday 17:00.
The location is Landhaus Gottsdorf, a protected seminar location about 40 km south of Berlin, nestled in nature, silence and space.
Phoenix intensive training structure
The training is divided into four blocks.
Each block has a central theme and follows a clear internal roadmap.
At the same time, there is room for what is happening at the moment — for personal processes, the collective dynamics of the group and what is happening right now.
Organization of seminar weekends
Each weekend is deliberately rhythmic and connects:
- clear content impulses and teachings
- supervised internal processes
- mindful communication exercises
- Body and breath perception
- energy and process-oriented elements
- exercises in tandem and in a group
- Sharing circle and times of integration
- Phases for regeneration
Recognizing, feeling, experiencing and naming intertwine — so that insights are not only understood but embodied.
Between seminar blocks
Between weekends, you arrange to meet other participants to practice in tandem.
In this way, what has been experienced in everyday life can continue to have an impact and deepen.
Regular live calls offer space for questions, clarification, reflection and support.
The group
Phoenix training takes place in a fixed, mindful group.
The group forms a supporting resonance space: for visibility, for blind spots, for growth.
Learning together has a deepening, connecting and relieving effect.
Together, we're less alone.
Who is the class suitable for?
Phoenix intensive training is aimed at people between the ages of 28 and 60 who are ready to consciously meet themselves.
You need a certain amount of openness, self-reflection and willingness to engage with your own topics and the dynamics of the group.
This creates space for real growth, clarity and inner realignment.
