About this class
With mmHistory Escape Games Stuttgart, city history becomes an adventure! Our outdoor escape game “Lost in Time - Der Fall Wilhelm” combines exciting puzzles with real historical locations — in the middle of Stuttgart. There is no time pressure for our games and they always take place in the fresh air.
Your mission: Save Professor Wilhelm from the past and playfully recreate Stuttgart's history — developed by historian Michael Mezger, founder of MMHistory.
What can you expect from a history escape game?
The History Escape Game is based on the idea of an escape room. In contrast to this, it takes place outdoors. Follow the fictional story, solve mysterious puzzles and learn about Stuttgart's history in a fun way
- The game starts and ends at Schlossplatz.
- At the beginning, you will receive a short briefing and finally a book. In the book, you'll find everything you need to solve the puzzles, including detailed instructions.
- That's when you're ready to go: jump into the adventure and solve the mysterious puzzles.
- In the end, you return the book and hopefully were not only successful in puzzling, but also gained a lot of historical knowledge about Stuttgart.
- For larger groups, you will be divided into 2 (8-14 people), 3 (15-21 people) or 4 (22-30 people) smaller groups according to the group size and go through the puzzles in different order. This allows everyone to get involved in the puzzle.
If you want to stay in the big group for the whole game, we will also find a solution for that.
Of course, you can always contact us if you have any questions.
What is the escape game in Stuttgart about?
The year is 2812 and all information about the history of Württemberg was lost during the big blackout. History professor Wilhelm tries to decipher the story using Professor Planck's time machine. However, there was an incident and history professor Wilhelm remained stuck in the past. Help the professor get back to the present and learn about the history of the stately Württemberg in a playful way.
Are you ready to help the professor and travel back in time and solve the puzzles?
