Our online whiskey tasting “Road Trip through Scotland” takes you on an enjoyable journey through the various whiskey regions of Scotland. As part of this exclusive tasting, we taste a whiskey (3cl) from each of the six regions: Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, Islands, Islay and Campbeltown. Each of these regions has its own distinctive flavors and manufacturing methods, which we'll explore together.
During the tasting, participants not only learn the unique taste experiences of the selected whiskies, but also exciting background information on the history and production of Scotch whiskey. You will learn about the differences in distillation processes, the different types of casks and their influence on taste. In addition, they gain fascinating insights into the traditions and innovations of the respective distilleries.

What you’ll do in the class
The schedule of our online whiskey tasting “Road Trip through Scotland” is designed to offer you a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
Before the tasting appointment, all participants will receive a carefully assembled tasting set via DHL. This set contains six 3cl whiskey samples, each from the different Scottish whiskey regions: Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, Islands, Islay and Campbeltown. In addition, your set includes a pipette to refine your whiskies with a few drops of water and further discover the aromas. To complement the tasting experience, we include high-quality chocolate that goes wonderfully with the whiskies. You will also receive detailed information and a note sheet so that you can record your impressions and findings.
On the agreed date, we will meet online in a cozy group. During an entertaining and informative presentation, we will dedicate ourselves entirely to the individual bottlings. You will learn everything you need to know about the history and production of the respective whiskies and the special features of the various regions. Together, we discover the variety of flavors and share our taste experiences.
