Dive deep into the fascinating world of pepper in an online tasting — under the guidance of renowned and certified spice sommelier Andreas Ständike.

In around 3 hours, you will discover exciting aromas, get to know different types of pepper and learn how to analyse them sensorially and use them optimally in the kitchen.

Andreas, known from TV and media, shares his comprehensive knowledge about the origin, quality and special features of this traditional spice. You smell, taste, taste — and gain valuable insights into the professional world of spices.

Before the course starts, you will receive 12 pepper samples and our most popular pepper mix “Sylter Pfeffer” by post. You will also receive your login details for the online course via email.
