Class description

Internationally, gin is one of the world's fastest-growing spirit groups. More and more Austrian distillers are now taking on the category and making their own version of the juniper drink. Some are more oriented towards classic models, others interpret the category in a completely new way and thus bring amazing tastes into the glass.

You can find (almost) anything you like, from herbs from the nearest forest to exotic fruit. On this evening, we are trying to find out which of the Austrian manufacturers deals with the topic more conservatively and who adheres to a few conventions and thus exploits the full range of the category. Of course, the mixability aspect plays an important role and so we will try to mix the ideal Austro-G&T!
