What you’ll do in the class
- To start, we head a bottle of sparkling wine with a saber outside the shop window.
- Then sit down at our long table under the stucco ceiling.
- You'll taste five selected wines with matching handmade chocolates and chocolate coating.
- With aroma wheels, you will discover why fruity fine cocoa chocolate harmonizes differently with wine than a strong chocolate with a high cocoa content.
You will learn exciting facts about wine and chocolate from our experts. The tasting lasts around 2 hours. After the start outside, the tasting takes place in the studio.
