Our detox bar is about well-being creations that taste good and are good for your body. We will put together a small beverage buffet with various teas and infused water. Together, we create smoothies and other healthy drinks.

What is the process?

The 2-hour course in Berlin or the surrounding area will teach you the necessary skills to mix well-being drinks so that you can impress all your guests at the next party.

• The course begins with an introduction to the world of herbal elixirs and the work of Hildegard von Bingen
• We make infused water together, beyond the boring slice of cucumber in water.
• I bring you various ingredients from my herbal kitchen, which we use to conjure up soothing teas.
• I'll also show you how to make smoothies and other healthy drinks.
