What is the procedure for the Mexican cooking class?
In this class we will create a simple but diverse menu, where everyone can combine the ingredients of their quesadilla with their salsa of choice. The salsas will give every bite a different flavor and will be easy for you to replicate at home. Definitely everyone will take something home from this for their own cooking.
Where will the cooking class take place in Berlin?
The class will happen in a warmly intimate setting in our atelier in Berlin Tiergarten, in a house that was once inhabited by the infamous actress Marlene Dietrich. It’s the perfect chance to learn more about Mexico, make food, friends, listen to music, laugh and experience a tasty menu in our beautiful space.
