Light up the dark season and design your very own lamp! In the lamp workshop in Berlin, you will get creative with paints, stencils, stamps and more. You can design a finished lamp frame or bring your old lampshade from home and give it a new life. The course leader will be happy to provide you with tips and technical assistance. Your individual lighting object is created in a cozy atmosphere with snacks and drinks — perfect for an autumn atmosphere!
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and brief introduction to the workshop
- Presentation of materials and tools
- Collect your own ideas: choose colors, motifs and techniques
- Creative phase: lamp or lampshade design
- Technical assistance from course instructors
- Trying out different methods together (e.g. easystamps, templates)
- Snacks & drinks during the workshop
- Conclusion with presentation of your own lamp
