About this class

How often do you treat yourself to moments when nothing needs to be done — and you can simply be there? This course invites you to practice just that: to shut up as life continues to flow.

Over eight weeks, space is created in which you can explore yourself — mindfully, friendly and without a goal. Meditation is not “taught” here, but experienced: as an attitude towards life, as a gentle reconnection to what is already there within you. Breath, body and consciousness become signposts to an inner peace that remains — even when a lot is happening outside. Each unit follows a clear, recurring structure:
5 minutes of arrival — 20 minutes of practice — 5 minutes of silence — 10 minutes of exchange — 5 minutes of completion.
This form provides security and depth. This is how trust grows every week — in yourself, in the process, in life.

We start with simple breathing exercises, explore mindful movement, learn to let worries and fears flow through, renew trust and create small islands of presence in everyday life. You pick up ideas for home — small gestures of mindfulness that you can easily weave into your day: three conscious breaths between two appointments or a walk without a destination.

Topics from the 8 weeks

  1. Basics — Breath as an anchor, find posture
  2. Body awareness — feel what is there
  3. Put aside worries — become easier
  4. Let anxiety flow through — rest in breath
  5. Renewing trust — inner stability
  6. Choose new paths — act consciously
  7. Everyday Bridges — Micro-Breaks & Routines (Special Guest: Ayurveda-Laura)
  8. Integration — own practice & final round

You don't need any previous experience — just an open mind to discover yourself.

The course takes place in a small group in a sheltered atmosphere — surrounded by old trees and the silence that you can hear.

I am looking forward to accompanying you — step by step, breath by breath.

What you’ll do in the class

The course is spread over eight weeks and follows a clear, recurring structure in every hour: 5 minutes of arrival — 20 minutes of practice — 5 minutes of silence — 10 minutes of exchange — 5 minutes of completion.

This form provides security and depth — with every week, your trust in yourself and the process grows.

We start with simple breathing exercises, explore mindful movement and practice letting worries and fears flow through. You learn to build inner stability, to act more consciously and to create small islands of presence in everyday life.

The topics of the 8 weeks range from basics (breathing & posture) to body awareness, letting go of worries, renewing trust to everyday bridges and integrating your own practice. There are suggestions for home — such as taking three conscious breaths between appointments or taking a walk without a destination.

Who is the class suitable for?

The course is for you if you want more peace, clarity and connection in everyday life — regardless of whether you already have meditation experience or not. You don't need any previous knowledge, just the willingness to treat yourself with kindness.

The course is particularly suitable if your head is often full, you have trouble switching off or feel that you are missing moments of silence.

We practice in a small group in a sheltered atmosphere — surrounded by old trees and the silence that you can hear. An invitation to come to you step by step, breath by breath.
