In an exclusive atmosphere with a maximum of 14 participants, enjoy an exquisitely prepared Christmas menu and gain insights into the fine art of cooking. Be inspired by Craig's passion and expertise and dive into a world of pleasure.

Our unique cooking class is a mix of interactive show and culinary experience. Craig Taylor prepares a festive 5-course meal in front of your eyes, sharing his extensive knowledge and tips. You can actively participate or relax and watch and enjoy. The intimate group size makes it possible to respond individually to questions and offer a tailor-made experience.

Our 5-course cuisine offers you a tasty journey through winter ingredients and festive creations that give you unforgettable moments of pleasure.
COURSE 1: SMOKY INTRODUCTION
A harmonious start with tender smoked butter, served with oven-fresh baguette and a touch of sea salt. A delicious first greeting from the kitchen that awakens the senses and sets the stage for the feast.
COURSE 2: WINTER MAGIC IN A GLASS
Velvety cream of red cabbage soup, finished with a light thyme foam, meets tender apple slices and a mini bread dumpling. A warming course that combines winter aromas in perfect balance.
COURSE 3: FESTIVE MEADOW
Fresh lamb's lettuce topped with a lingonberry vinaigrette, warm goat cheese and aromatic thyme. Roasted walnuts complete this wintery salad and provide a perfect harmony of sweetness and spice.
COURSE 4: FESTIVAL OF THE SENSES
Roasted pink duck breast in an aromatic orange polish, accompanied by port wine shallots and an airy potato and pumpkin espuma. A main course that combines tradition and refinement in a delightful way.
COURSE 5: SWEET PRESENTS
Caramelized apple with vanilla croissant crunch, delicate vanilla foam and a scoop of salted caramel ice cream. A sweet ending that captures the magic of the Christmas season in a harmonious composition.
CONCLUSION: END OF WINTER
Melted raclette cheese whose full-bodied aromas meet a fruity-spicy plum chutney. A hearty and sweet finish that perfectly captures the warmth of winter time and rounds off the menu delightfully.
