What you’ll do in the class

We welcome you to our beautiful cooking school and start preparing the dishes together. Special preparation tips, cutting techniques, handling spices - we'll explain and show you how it works. Various tasks are prepared in groups of two after explanation. Finally, everything is put together in a communal buffet and off you go enjoy the delicious dishes.

  • Cooking together in voting groups (max. 6—8 people per menu)
  • Professional guidance and tips from a professional chef
  • Serve and enjoy together at a lovingly set table

Who is the class suitable for?

For participants between 16 and 86 years of age. As far as possible, we are happy to take intolerances and allergies into account. Vegetarian options are available for almost all menus by arrangement.

There is no need to bring anything. You are welcome to bring wine or beer or book the drinks package.

Location

Our pretty cooking school is located on the outskirts of Cologne in the north of Cologne. There are good parking options. The seminar rooms have direct access to a large terrace with an adjacent herb garden.
