Experience culinary delights in one of Bavaria's most beautiful regions! At the cooking event on Lake Ammersee at Hotel Maurerhansl in Dießen, you and your group will prepare an exclusive 5-course menu — either Mediterranean, regional or vegetarian. Enjoy the stylish atmosphere, high-quality food and optional highlights such as bus transfers, hotel rooms or a party in the in-house jungle bar.

We offer all regional cuisines and are happy to meet your ideas and wishes. Our menus are seasonally adapted. You can also create your own menu from various menus, there are no limits here!

Vegan gourmet menu
- Reception: Prosecco cocktail
- Starter: Market salads with roasted nuts and apricots in a grenadine dressing
- Intermediate course: Fresh tagliatelle with homemade arugula pesto and parmesan slices
- Main course: Sweet Indian vegetable curry with fragrant rice
- Dessert: Sylt Rote Grütze with homemade chocolate ice cream
World trip
- Reception: Prosecco cocktail
- Starter: Market salads on tomato carpaccio with variations of mushrooms stirred in the pan

Fish - gourmet menu
- Reception: Prosecco cocktail
- Starter: “Scampi al Grappi” flambées on an avocado fan with pomegranate dressing
- Intermediate course: Cacciucco alla livornese — Tuscan fish soup with white bread
- Main course: “Italian style” fish fillet with limes baked in the oven on watercress salad
- Dessert: orange carpaccio with grand manier and homemade vanilla ice cream and liquid Eisenherz organic chocolate
Steak menu I
- Reception: Prosecco — cocktail & beer
- Starter: Market-fresh picking salads with straw pork fillet and homemade Cumberland sauce
- Intermediate course: lamb fillet on Geelrys (South Africa) and homemade apricot blatjang
- Main course: rip-eye and entrecote with homemade herb butter and sesame baked potatoes plus a homemade BBQ sauce
- Dessert: Fried pineapple marinated in balsamic, plus homemade coconut vanilla ice cream
