The sounds of the singing bowls can lead you into a state of deep relaxation, harmonize your mind and dissolve blockages in your body.
Research shows that when we relax sound, we slide into an alpha state. Our brain is therefore in a state between wakefulness and sleep, similar to meditation.
The vibrations pervade the room and also your body, which you can perceive — all cells move and rearrange themselves.
Your body, mind and soul have time to regenerate and release stress.

How does this activity work?
At the beginning of a session, I briefly explain the effects of sound relaxation before everyone can make themselves comfortable lying down or sitting.
A pad, pillow, blanket and even thick socks make sound relaxation a feel-good experience
Who should definitely take part?
For everyone who is looking for relaxation (pregnant women please only after week 12)
In case of episepsy, heart disease and acute depression, please check with the attending physician in advance

What to bring?
Sound relaxation takes place in your rooms, at home or even in the office.
What is required is:
- a pad (yoga mat or similar)
- a blanket
- Would like a pillow
- warm socks
What is included?
- 60 minutes of sound relaxation in your home or in a room provided by you
