In this special children's yoga workshop, there are new adventures to discover at every stand that combine fun and exercise.

Move through a yoga flow that takes us straight to the Christmas bakery.

Spin like a carousel and feel the fun of moving!
Small snacks await you during your visit to the “yogic” Christmas market — a mix of healthy treats and, of course, a few cookies. Winter magic tea is available to quench your thirst.
This workshop is suitable for all little yogis, regardless of whether you already have yoga experience or are still a beginner.
What you’ll do in the class
90-minute yoga workshop for children with a break, during which there are snacks and drinks.
Who is the class suitable for?
All children aged 6-10 are welcome. No previous experience required.
