Class description
Did you know that every German drinks an average of 169 liters of coffee per year? In this special workshop, you can get to know your familiar everyday companion better and dive into the fascinating world of coffee.
You'll get a comprehensive introduction to the world of coffee. After this event, you will be able to shine with exciting coffee knowledge! In addition, you will learn how industrial coffee differs from specialty coffee. I also show you ways in which you can make sustainable purchasing decisions. The workshop also deals with seals and labels, as well as other approaches that make the coffee supply chain fairer and more transparent.
But we won't just talk about coffee — you should of course also experience coffee sensitively. During the final tasting, your senses of smell and taste are challenged to directly perceive the differences between different coffees. You will get to know the variety of coffee and act like a real Q-grader during professional cupping.
Do these terms mean nothing to you? That is no problem at all. In this coffee workshop, you will learn exactly what they mean and much more. No previous experience is required.
Experience a special day around your favorite drink with your friends, your team or other like-minded people, while you expand your knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. This workshop will be an unforgettable experience for all coffee lovers.
