Italian cooking class in Darmstadt - With this La Cucinia Italiana cooking class, you will learn how to cook original Italian recipes. Under the guidance of top chef Alf Ochs, you will learn what it means to prepare food like in Bella Italia.
For example, we cook the following menu together (always seasonal, as usual in the kitchen):
- Italian appetizer selection
- Zucchini tomato fritata
- olive tapenade
- Prawns on spicy pepper salad
- Beetroot salmon
- Crostini with buffalo mozzarella and small tomato pesto
- main course:
- Corn poulards in tomato sauce with colorful vegetables & homemade noodles
- Dessert:
- tiramisu

At the beginning, participants are greeted with a Secco. Before you enjoy the menu together, you cook together under guidance.
