Class description

Dive into the world of creative ceramic design! In Studio Kuqu's handbuilding pottery course, we work together to implement ideas ranging from plates and bowls to flower pots or cups.

Without a turntable, but exclusively with your hands, you will learn various techniques such as sgraffito, pinching and slab building. Use engobe (colored clay flour) to add colorful accents to your works.

How does this activity work?

Studio Kuqu's workshop consists of 2 hours of professional guidance, during which you will create 2-3 unique objects such as cups, vases, candlesticks or bowls.

I then take care of the glazing service, where you can choose from different colors.

Your burnt and glazed objects are ready for collection after 2-3 weeks.

Who should definitely take part?

Our pottery course is aimed at anyone who enjoys creative work. Regardless of whether you already have experience with ceramics or are a beginner
