If you want to know and see how fresh beer is made from crushed malt, you are welcome to the basic beer brewing course.
What can you expect at a brewing course in Leipzig?
In eight hours we will prepare mash, purify and cook seasoning. We'll see what happens in the individual steps and how you can do it yourself later at home. There are four course participants per brewing station, so you can lend a hand at every step.
Please bring food and one or two bottles of your favorite beer, as brewing makes you hungry and usually also in the mood for beer. It also allows us to see how to brew it together.
When bottling, 10 days later, each participant can fill five 0.5l bottles. Alternatively, you can also pick up the five bottles from the makerspace after the bottling appointment, but then a 14€ bottling fee would be added to the course costs.
