Affirmation cards — a creative time-out workshop for you
In this lovingly designed workshop, you have space for yourself, your thoughts and your creativity.
You create 3-5 individual affirmation cards, with everything that inspires you: pens, collages, ink, vision board materials and above all — your intuition.
Finally, tie your very personal vision bracelet, in which you record a word or message that can strengthen you:

In addition, we will give you a small mini journal with key questions, which will also accompany you after the workshop.

Regardless of whether you're regularly creative or coming back for the first time in a long time — you're welcome.
What you’ll do in the class
We start with a warm welcome and a short arrival with drinks & snacks. You will then receive a loving introduction to the topic of affirmations: What they mean, how they work — and how to find your very personal phrases.
To help you with this, we will ask you 3 impulse questions that will help you to understand yourself and find suitable words.
For example:
- What would you like to say to yourself more often?
- What is allowed to grow?
- What gives you strength?
That's when it gets creative: You create 3-5 individual affirmation cards — with everything your heart desires: collage material, pens, paints, magazines, stickers and much more.
Finally, tie your own vision bracelet with a catchword of your choice. You will also receive a small journal with impulse questions to take home — as a loving reminder and inspiration for later.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a creative break — with color, emotion and thoughts for their heart.
You don't need any previous knowledge, just a desire to create and a bit of curiosity about yourself.
