About this class

Nutrition can be quite exhausting, everyone says something different, and in the end, the feeling remains: Eating has become complicated. In this workshop, I would like to share with you what helps me to rediscover lightness, pleasure and genuine body awareness. It is about mindfulness, freedom and joy — in the kitchen, in the body and in the mind.

Very important to know: In this workshop, you will not find any bans, diets or quick abdominal miracles, but only conscious enjoyment that makes you feel full and happy.

What you’ll do in the class

We'll start with a brief insight into the basics of Ayurveda — you don't need any previous knowledge. If you like, do a Dosha test to get to know your own type. We talk about which foods are good for us, what nourishes us — and how different that can sometimes be.

I'll give you some inspiration for your everyday life that you can implement in your own way:

  • Eat the Rainbow: How colors and chakras make your plate more colorful and your wellbeing more versatile.
  • Taste & balance: How the six Ayurvedic flavors affect body and mood — and which dosha needs your attention right now.
  • Eating according to the five elements: How to feel more intuitively what is good for you and rediscover the qualities of earth, water, fire, air and space on your plate.

I'll also show you why a food mood diary often reveals more about you than any calorie app — and how you can use it to consciously strengthen your personal sense of well-being.

Your extras to take away:

  • Template for your own food mood journal
  • Three recipes for your dosha

Who is the class suitable for?

For anyone who wants to make their diet more relaxed, enjoyable and intuitive — whether new to Ayurveda or with previous experience. Ideal if conflicting tips unsettle you, strengthen your body awareness or want to find routines that really fit your life. You don't need any previous knowledge; it's enough to be open and try things out curiously.
