How does this experience take place?
The course starts with an introduction to the basics of experiential learning and experiential education. The participants are then involved in various exercises in which they solve tasks together and grow closer together as a group. Each exercise is followed by a joint reflection in which the processes experienced are discussed and transferred to one's own daily work routine.
