We create various finger food compositions together. These could look like this, for example:
- Lobster & white bean tarragon
- Iberian pork, baked apple with tarragon, hollandaise sauce
- cream cheese with smoked peppers, roast beef
- Ginger-shallot cream cheese, tuna with chilli & coriander
- Tartare of beef tenderloin, pickles, shallots and carpers
- Osso bucco in tomato sauce, parmesan, artichoke
