About this class
Düsseldorf carnival cart artist Jacques Tilly teaches the art of building figures and carnival floats in the “Figure Making Workshop”. The entire construction process is shown from A to Z, from design to the last brush stroke. A particular focus is on sculptural work with galvanized wire mesh.

During the weekend seminar, each participant builds a complete carnival figure under guidance. No previous artistic experience is required, we start from scratch (but improve colossally from there).
