... and what you can now take away from it for 2026

February is an ideal moment for a clear look within: The first momentum of the year has set in, everyday life is ongoing — and at the same time it becomes apparent which topics from 2025 are still having an impact and what impulses you can now consciously use for 2026.

In this workshop, we lovingly, down-to-earth and without self-blame arrange what strengthens you and what you want to leave behind.

You don't need any previous experience. All exercises are simple, effective and can be used immediately.

You're going with:

  • a compact worksheet set, clarity about your most important topics from 2025 and the weeks since the beginning of the year, lively impulses for your 2026 and microfine habits that will accompany you through the next four weeks.
  • We are a small, mindful group; everything is allowed, nothing must.
  • Tea and a small snack are available.

I would be delighted if you would give yourself this space in February 2026 — quietly, honestly and invigorating.

What you’ll do in the class

What we do together:

  • Self-clarification & inner relief: You will learn a gentle technique with which you can decouple stressful memories or tensions from the past year — so that peace, space and inner ability to act are regained.
  • Relationship & solidarity: A short couple or relationship check (also possible solo): What nourishes you? Where are clear, fair agreements needed — so that energy is released for closeness, tenderness and solidarity.
  • Job & priorities: We'll take an honest look at your 2025/early 2026 calendar: What was really important? With a small “regnose”, you formulate 3-5 heartfelt goals for the coming months — realistic, clear and timely.
  • As a learning being: reflection without brooding: You try out a mini diary from an observer's perspective (2-3 precise questions, 10 minutes) that helps you gain wisdom from experiences.
  • Farewell & new beginning: If you had to say goodbye to something in 2025/beginning of 2026, I will show you a careful letter ritual that allows connection and can structure it healthily (only if it is right for you).
  • The conversation of the year: You will receive key questions (based on the “36 questions”) that enable real closeness — with partner, friend or parents. For conversations that create depth instead of everyday radio.

Who is the class suitable for?

For everyone who wants to consciously say their goodbyes and start the new year with clarity, ease and self-compassion. Regardless of whether you come alone, with a partner or a friend — you decide how deep you want to go. No previous experience is necessary, just openness and a willingness to treat yourself in a friendly way.

What to bring to the class

Come as you feel good. If you want, you're welcome to bring your own water bottle & notebook — but that's not a must. At the be yogi Campus, you'll find everything you need.

What is included in the class?

At be yogi Campus & Retreat, everything is lovingly prepared for you: We provide all materials, writing pads and — if part of the workshop — all yoga tools such as mats, pads, straps, blankets and meditation cushions.

There is also tea, coffee and other drinks, snacks and, depending on the workshop format, a small Ayurvedic lunch as well as space for your questions and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. You can simply arrive, take a deep breath and let yourself in.
