What is the process?
The seminar is all-day and starts with a guided tour of the brewery to get information about raw materials and brewing processes.
You are involved in the brewing process right from the start: grinding, mashing, refining, cooking, sprinkling, seasoning. There is also a white sausage morning pint and, during the day, Franconian Schäuferla in dark beer sauce with homemade savoy and dumpling.
Who is the seminar suitable for?
The seminar is aimed at anyone who has an affinity for beer and would like to learn more about the brewing process. However, you should have reached the age of 18.
If accommodation is required, we will be happy to arrange accommodation. In addition, our small train station is just a two-minute walk away and offers you the opportunity to enjoy our beer without remorse.
