Class description
We make super delicious and high-quality macarons in a small group. This also includes a filling with butter cream and a fresh fruit seed. All participants can choose a color and different flavors.
During the course, feedback is given regularly by a professional pastry chef and we have painted illustrated step-by-step instructions so that what we have learned can be better remembered.
The course takes place in our patisserie studio in Cologne Weiden.
How does this activity work?
- Zunächst erstellen wir den Teig der Macarons und bereiten Butterkrem und Fruchtkern vor.
- Das Aufspritzen der Macarons erfordert Geschick - die Anzahl der Macarons lässt sich vorab somit nicht festlegen.
- Schließlich setzen wir die Macarons zusammen und bemalen oder beschriften die Macarons.
