Don't kid yourself: you'll never remember the name of that very special cocktail that someone in a very fancy bar might have created just for you. You'll never remember the exact quantities, they may even be secret, a recipe known only to its creator. But you probably remember what those flavors felt like to you. How the drink matched the evening you spent, how the bubbles rose to the surface of your sparkling drink, and how these tiny, airy pearls sparkled and danced with the lights. Do you also remember the color of the drink? Like the deep scarlet of a Negroni or the pastel pink of a Cosmopolitan. What did these colors trigger in you? What memories came to mind when you took a sip? It's obvious that we have strong associations between flavors, smells, colors, and memories, and that's exactly what I want to explore in the cocktail workshops with The Owl. I want to show how easy it is to make a cocktail (and how complex it can be), but at the same time explore the relationship between these tones and colors in our perception of a drink's taste and the emotions associated with those details. And don't worry, you don't need to know much or nothing about cocktails, that's my job. Your job is to sit back, relax, learn some cool tricks and ideas, and simply make a bunch of great drinks that make for great memories.

The workshops are also held cyclically, with everyone focusing on a different color and exploring their tastes, memories, and associations. On request, you can also organize something on other days. So be prepared for the question: “What does green taste like?
