Experience a very special event with an aerial yoga workshop in Nuremberg!
In floating cloths, you combine movement, relaxation and team spirit in a completely new way. The two-hour session is accompanied by experienced trainers and takes place in a studio in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner, curious or a yoga fan — you dive into the world of aerial yoga together, laugh, breathe and create lasting memories. This experience combines body, mind and friendship in a floating way — perfect for your JGA, birthday party, team building or simply as a shared experience! Photos allowed, champagne reception (non-alcoholic!) included.
Recommendation: Start the day right away with this highlight - perhaps after a small breakfast together or as the first joint event of the day.
Appointments by appointment - preferably Saturday and Sunday mornings until 14:00
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with non-alcoholic sparkling wine at Studio Herzschlag - if desired
- Introduction to aerial yoga and how to use the towel
- Joint warm-up
- Aerial yoga practice with individual exercises
- Relaxation phase in the towel (floating feeling included)
- Joint conclusion and group photo possible
- Total time: approx. 2 hours
- Appointments available on Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
