About this class
This 4-hour workshop for beginners is ideal for your start in the world of Acro Yoga. On a Sunday afternoon, you will get to know all the elements of our Acro Yoga. Because at Center Of Gravity, Acro Yoga is more than just joint acrobatics.
What you’ll do in the class
You'll get an insight into:
- Supportive acrobatics Together we try out different positions and you get to know the 3 roles Flyer, Base and Spotter.
- Listen & Fly To get back down and move on to relaxation, we'll show you some relaxing Acro Yoga positions.
- Thai Massage Find out how you can loosen your counterpart's legs, hips and shoulders with a few simple steps.
- Meditation At the end of the workshop, we will take time to meditate together.
Escape from everyday life for a few hours and simply try something completely new!
Our participants are always surprised how much they can already learn in this half-day workshop and what a positive effect the overall package of Acro Yoga has on body and mind.
Who is the class suitable for?
You do not need any previous experience for this workshop and are welcome to come alone or accompanied. No matter how old or young you are or what your current fitness level is - Acro Yoga really is something for everyone!
