We all live in a “fast” world. And even though no one wants to play the extra role in their own lives, it's pretty difficult to live a mindful and balanced life when we feel burnt out, tired and down. PUT AN END TO THAT! There are many helpful, working ways to get off the hamster wheel against time and to have a self-determined influence on daily actions.
What to expect in the course:
Together, we research what time type you are, look at your habits, understand the reasons why you are pressing/letting yourself be put under (time) pressure and train your brain to act smarter instead of doing it faster. A course for women who want to understand, control and avoid stress!
What you get in the course:
We are all living in challenging times. Plagued by stress and suffering, we chase after our time, success and confirmation — the meritocracy is always on the back of our necks. The result: You feel like you're constantly on a hamster wheel against time! As a result, there's a gap between what's really important to you and how you spend your time. Instead of feeling balanced, refreshed and satisfied, you feel frustrated, rushed, unfulfilled and drained! PUT AN END TO THAT! This course will get you out of the treadmill, the hamster wheel, the time corset!
