What am I actually like? And how is the world around me? Inside, we have many answers to these questions. These answers (= beliefs) influence what we think, what decisions we make, how we act and how we feel.
What to expect in the course:
Together, we will explore the origin of your beliefs and how you can identify and change negative beliefs. Throw away the ballast of overwhelming beliefs. A course for women who finally want to live freely, authentically & independently — without ifs or buts!

Who doesn't know these sentences that we hear from an early age: “Without diligence, no prize,” “First work, then pleasure,” “Who rests, rusts,” “An Indian knows no pain”... These inner convictions often block our personal development, fuel our anxiety oven and prevent our success. PUT AN END TO THAT! No one wants to play the role of an extra in their own life. We meet great women who want to grow just like you. At the beginning, you will receive a course plan to get in the mood for the content and get the best out of the course for you.
Together, we interactively and with moderated exchange identify obstructive beliefs, convictions and saboteurs that lie dormant within you.
We expand your previous thinking with beliefs and convictions that encourage, comfort and strengthen your self-effectiveness.
During the course, you will receive simple and feasible step-by-step instructions and effective strategies to stop brooding, release inner blockages and find peace of mind.
Together, we'll check how you can make your new convictions stand up to your everyday life. We will also develop your personal emergency kit, which will help you deal with resistance and falling back into old patterns. You will receive powerful techniques that you need to “stick with it” to achieve your goals and dreams and to live the life that is good for you.
We take breaks and celebrate our findings and successes together.
