Class description

Experience how mindfulness and sustainable action go hand in hand. In this interactive event, we combine targeted mindfulness exercises with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Your team not only learns how to focus their own mind, but also how mindful action can contribute to a more sustainable way of working and living.


The special thing about this event:

I show how mindfulness not only increases individual well-being, but also sharpens the focus on sustainable action — for conscious, responsible cooperation within the company and beyond.


The event lasts 2 hours (70€ per person) but can be extended to 4 hours on request (120€ per person).
