Each week, we dedicate ourselves to a new meditation method. At the beginning, there is a short theoretical impulse, followed by guided meditations and space for questions.

What to bring to the class

You don't need to bring anything with you. Comfortable clothing is all it takes — mats, pillows and everything else are on site.

What is included in the class?

The course includes guided meditations, short theoretical impulses, new techniques every week, space for questions and exchange, and relaxation exercises suitable for everyday use.
