The to-do list grows faster than bamboo, your head is full like an overbooked suitcase, and relaxation sounds more like fairy tales?

Many of us juggle work, family and everyday life and secretly ask ourselves where the break button actually is.
The good news is that it exists!
We, Melanie and I, have developed a method that combines green stress management and aromatherapy. Sounds fancy — and it is. But above all, it helps you to breathe again, face stress and bring more fun and serenity to your everyday life.

Then our “I want change retreat” is just the thing for you! In a small group of a maximum of 8 participants, you will learn how to use the combined power of nature and aromatherapy to reduce stress, find inner peace and strengthen your resilience.
Experience the healing effects of nature:
- Stress reduction through natural coaching: In nature, blood pressure decreases measurably and the number of natural killer cells increases. Use the power of nature to reduce stress and improve your health.
- Discover the power of essential oils: Learn how to use the positive effects of aromatherapy for yourself. Essential oils can improve your mood, improve your wellbeing and improve your performance.
- Develop your personal stress management program: In this workshop, you will develop individual strategies to deal with stress in everyday life, because everyone is unique.
- Take nature home: Together with you, we create a “first aid kit” of essential oils to reduce stressful situations within seconds and cope with everyday life much better.
What to expect:
- Nature-integrative coaching: In nature and in exchange with experienced therapists and coaches, you will learn to identify your stressors and develop effective coping strategies.
- Aromatherapy: You'll learn how to use the power of essential oils to reduce stress, improve your mood, and improve your wellbeing.
- Relaxation exercises: Various relaxation techniques, such as meditation and mindfulness exercises, help you reduce stress and find inner peace.
- Group exchange: In a trusting atmosphere, you can share your experiences with other participants and learn from each other. But don't worry, you don't have to reveal anything in the group that you don't want.
