Get to know Trend Lab + Loft
Cooking has, and rightly so, become an increasingly important issue in our society. Most of the time, there is simply a lack of inspiration or a brilliant idea to quickly conjure up something delicious.
Our supper clubs, cooking events and kitchen parties in Hamburg focus on the fun of cooking and exciting stories about products, producers and preparations.
The issue of sustainability also plays a major role for us. We buy our food from the Odense weekly market and from farmers in the region. For us, sustainability is not just about farm romance. There is much more to this! Starting with the fair payment of our chefs and service staff, the full use of food, the minimal use of cleaning agents and — last but not least — the selection of producers and their products, at least in our opinion.
With your support (even if only morally;)), we are sure to get your fill of 15 to approx. 50 people! True to the motto of the 68ers, anyone can take part, but no one has to!
Of course, we can also work with you to include topics relevant to you in the cooking events.
