Tommys Coffee: Barista Classes

The course was excellently organized from start to finish and highly recommended for both beginners and advanced users. The content was presented in an understandable and practical way — from the basics of coffee beans to the degree of grinding and extraction to perfect milk froth technology. The competence and passion of course instructor Thomas was particularly impressive, who answered every question and gave valuable individual tips. The relaxed atmosphere has made learning even easier. The course was originally scheduled for 3 hours — but in the end we took over an hour longer because Thomas took so much time to answer all questions. Nothing was “abbreviated”, but really ensured that everyone understood everything and was satisfied. After the course, you feel comfortable using the portafilter machine and can prepare high-quality coffee. An all-round successful course — definitely “very good”

Great introductory course for beginners. Tommy explains the important things well in his funny way. I think there are just too many participants and too few machines. But overall great.

Great course! It was a lot of fun. Thomas designs the course with so much charm and humor that you simply get in a good mood. Definitely recommended!

It was a great course with a fun effect. The trainer duo was super authentic and very helpful. The course was very interesting and I was able to learn a lot of new things. The only downside was the high number of participants, even though there were fewer people after a while, it was very busy in between.

Great course, Tommy is relaxed and not lifted. He is responsive to everyone, radiates a lot of energy and brings a great deal of know-how to the table. You can bring your own machine and it will also help you with hopeless cases, such as our bitchy Pavoni. Best man.
