The cooking class was excellent!
There was a lot of background information and the ingredients were of the very best quality. You could also eat everything you made of sushi directly and everything else you could take home with you. The course instructor was very friendly and was able to impart his knowledge very well. His wife created a great atmosphere in the backround by preparing everything possible, putting away and providing the participants with drinks. Absolute recommendation!
