Bad organization due to confetti! The course with Mrs. Hoffmann was absolutely great. The room and the material were super prepared. Ms. Hoffmann explained all steps and the various techniques well to us. She gave us good guidance and helped us with questions. We had 2 really great hours with her and great pictures were taken. Unfortunately, the organization did not go well. We booked the course in December and also received immediate confirmation with all information. When we arrived at the course location at the booked time, no one was there. An email address and telephone number were included with the booking confirmation. Nobody responded to my calls at first, which I can understand, because I called her with a number that was completely unknown to Mrs. Hoffmann. There was also no response to my email. According to Mrs. Hoffmann, she usually doesn't check emails on weekends unless she expects one. Luckily she sent me a text asking if I was and what I wanted. If Mrs. Hoffmann had not done this, there would have been no further opportunity for us to contact you and the course would not have taken place. I was able to tell Mrs. Hoffmann who I am and what my reason for the calls was. She had not received any information from Konfetti about booking the course. I forwarded my booking to her. Fortunately, Mrs. Hoffmann was able to set up the course with us that day, but we had to restructure our actually planned day and schedule appointments. If Mrs. Hoffmann had possibly been ill, she would not have been able to inform us about it either. The booking confirmation must state that you should contact the course instructor in advance. It would also be good if the course instructor received contact details from the participants.
