Who are we?
We believe that beauty and art are often created when something broken is combined into something powerful new. Just as a mosaic consists of many stones and shards of various materials, colors and shapes with edges and curves, we humans are also unique and find our place in a wide variety of puzzle constellations.
As a coach and trainer in positive psychology, Anja develops the personality of individual people and the culture of teams in organizations. As an agile coach and business trainer, Dorothee accompanies people and teams in change processes.
How did we get into mosaic art?
On the Caribbean island of Aruba in 2004, Anja discovered with local women this ancient art of creating something new and harmonious from many small, seemingly incoherent pieces. For her, this experience was not only creative but also deeply relaxing. During the lockdown phase of the 2021 Covid pandemic, she rediscovered them to distract herself at home.
In 2025, Dorothee also discovered the art of mosaic design and caught so much fire that she has been professionally training as a mosaic artist in Dortmund since September 2026.

Where are we?
Since March 2026, we have been offering open and topic-related workshops together in the south of Berlin. They take place in inspiring, open spaces or, in the summer months, preferably in the green countryside of the Britzer Garden. Depending on the format, 6 to 20 participants can work creatively at the same time, ideal for deep personal experiences as well as for intensive group processes.

What do we offer?
Our mosaic workshops are not classic craft courses. They combine creative design with psychological impact. We work intuitively with colors, shapes and materials that help us express inner images, make strengths visible and get into the flow experience.
We organize creative pure mosaic workshops and the “Resilience Meets Mosaic” workshop, in which we first activate your inner strength resources in your head using psychologically based self-management methods and visually immortalize them with your hands in a mosaic image.

Team events and private events
For tailor-made team events, we also come directly to your team at the place of work. Many individual or joint teams can be created here, which visibly anchors values, roles and solidarity. Creativity thus becomes a connecting bridge between self-reflection and team structure.

• Team events strengthen solidarity and visibility within the team through joint creative work. Each individual contributes something of their own — and together they create a work that serves as a symbol of values, strengths and cooperation.
• Private events can be individually designed: e.g. as a creative birthday, girls' day, family celebration or a special experience with friends.

The special thing about our events is that they create deep connections, enable creative development and are professionally moderated at the same time.
