Ayur Aahar book classes

The course instructor was very friendly, open and friendly. There were two of us and were allowed to participate in family life. We prepared four dishes including roti, which were suitable for all types of dosha. Our questions were answered individually and competently. The food was very fine, the atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed. In the end, we were able to take pictures of the recipes and will soon try them out at home. We have learned a lot about Ayurvedic cooking and would be happy to recommend the course. Thanks :-)

Vashvi is an incredibly warm and cheerful woman. She led the workshop with great passion, had already prepared a lot of things and gave interesting insights into Indian cuisine and culture. It was great fun cooking with her.

Vashvi is a very cheerful and versatile workshop leader. She gave us an extremely warm welcome at the beginning of the hen party and made the day a lot sweeter with her humorous men. Her lessons in Ayurvedic cooking were highly professional and inspiring. In addition to this course, she also offers dance classes. We were given an insight into her dance skills during a small final photo shoot. Thank you, dear Vashvi, for a great day!

The workshop had high entertainment potential. The lecturer was very nice, open-minded and kept the group well entertained with knowledge and instructions. The actual preparation effort was manageable; 2.3 people then always prepared the meal under guidance. If you are in the mood for a varied, entertaining and delicious evening, you can book it without much worry
