This workshop aims to blend creativity and mindfulness to enhance Your skills in both realms. Meditative drawing offers a unique method of connecting with our awareness of the world around us, fostering self-discovery in the process.
This workshop is suitable for individuals at all levels, whether You're new to meditation or drawing or have years of experience. Over the course of a 3-hour session, participants will engage in various exercises. These exercises include learning to connect the mindfulness of breath and its energy with drawing, immersing ourselves in still life subjects to shed self-consciousness, and approaching subjects with fresh perspectives.
Participants will learn how to unlock new paths in their creative practice, improve drawing techniques, and discover the beauty of the world through art.
What You Need: Pencils and paper will be provided, but feel free to bring Your preferred drawing tools and materials for experimentation.
