About this class
A colorful workshop mini retreat awaits you here. We combine mindfulness exercises, meditation, and yoga to cultivate resilience, stress resistance, and a mindful approach to ourselves. We also look at techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce stress so that you can act stably in challenging situations. Feel free to bring the following to the workshop: a healthy snack to share with the participants for the tea break.
What you’ll do in the class
Relaxed, calm and yet full of energy.
We start with a relaxed tea session, a small exchange and a round of introductions. During the workshop, you can expect two yoga sequences, a small creative task and mindfulness and meditation practice as well as extensive final relaxation.
Who is the class suitable for?
Women between 20 and 99 years of age.
