What to bring to the class
An exposed b/w film, e.g. Ilford HP5, FP4, Kodak Tri-X 400, KODAK-T-max 100 and 400, Fomapan 100, 200, 400, Adox CHS 100 and many more.
What is included in the class?
- All required materials including chemicals
- access to the darkroom and equipment
- Individual support from experienced instructors in a small group

What you’ll do in the class
Here's what you'll learn as you enter the exciting world of the darkroom:
- Black and white film development (hand development)
- Contact deduction of negatives, negative discussion and selection
- Preparation of a test strip and determination of exposure time and contrast
- black and white prints
